Backorder Policy

Backorders: An E-mail will be sent out to inform you of a back order. Our products come directly from the manufacturer or kept instock so back orders should not be very long. Due to the automated nature of this website your credit card will be charged but if you do not wish to wait the charges will be reversed.

Shipping Policies 

Richt now we are offering Free Expedieted Shipping in Canada and the US. About 10 to 12 business days.  Conditions apply:  Not valid with other offers,  Free pen cam dvr or special order IP cameras standard Flat rate of $30 apply to these.

We charge a flat rate of $30 shipping per order in North America.  Outside of North America shipping is a flat rate of $50 us. Please note we only have North American style A/C adapters for the cameras and receivers.

Products in stock are shipped via Canada Post usually arriving within 3 to 12 business days depending on location.  A tracking number and insurance for items are included in the shipping cost.

If the product is not in or is special order then we will ship to you via UPS or Canada Post directly from the manufacturer in China.  You will be informed of this through email.  An order from China usually takes 10 to 14 business days.  

We only ship to physical addresses not PO Boxes. 

You are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties associated with your purchase.

Items will be shipped  within 2 busines days of your order.  You may cancel your oder with in 24 hours if you have second thoughts but not once the products have been shipped.  If not completly satisfied please see return policies.
